Reschedule an appointment

Until when can I reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. After that, changes are unfortunately no longer possible — the session expires or is charged.

How to reschedule in the app

1. Open Appointments — go to Appointments in the myHEALFORM app.
2. Pick the appointment — tap the appointment you want to change.
3. Reschedule — choose Reschedule, then pick a new day and time from the free slots.
4. Confirm — done. Your new confirmation arrives by email right away, and the old slot is released automatically.

How to reschedule in the web app

No phone to hand? It works the same in myHEALFORM in your browser: open the appointment under Appointments, click Reschedule and confirm a new slot. The app and web share the same account — it doesn't matter where you make the change.

What if the 24 hours are already up?

Within the last 24 hours you can no longer change an appointment yourself. In urgent cases (e.g. illness) get in touch with us directly — we'll try to find a solution together, though we can't guarantee a change.
