How you pay — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Flex balance — and how to get invoices and receipts
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay securely and encrypted online via Stripe:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- HEALFORM Flex — your balance is deducted automatically when you book.
- Voucher code — enter it in the payment step and the value is applied right away.
When do I pay?
You pay directly when you book online. Your first session is available once for €9 instead of €39. If a voucher or your Flex balance covers the session in full, you pay nothing extra at booking. More on pricing and options under Appointments & pricing.
Where do I find my invoices and receipts?
All receipts are stored as PDFs in your account — in the myHEALFORM app and in myHEALFORM in your browser. You can download them any time, with no paperwork.
Can I get proof for my health insurer?
Yes. On request we issue an invoice or proof for every session that you can submit to your health insurer or for tax purposes. You'll find it together with your other receipts in your account.
