Can I withdraw from a voucher purchase?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your voucher purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason, as long as the voucher hasn't been redeemed yet.
How to withdraw
Let us know your decision with a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

You may use the model withdrawal form from our right of withdrawal notice, but you don't have to.
When do I get my refund?
After you withdraw, we refund all payments within 14 days — using the same payment method you used for the purchase. This won't incur any extra costs for you.
When does the right of withdrawal end?
The right of withdrawal ends as soon as the voucher or session has been fully performed — that is, redeemed — with your express consent. We therefore can't refund a voucher that has already been redeemed.
