Received a voucher?

Congratulations — three minutes of cold that reboot your body are waiting for you. Your voucher contains a code (e.g. on the voucher page, in the PDF or in the email) that you redeem right at booking.

Redeemed in three steps

1. Pick an appointment — open the booking and choose a location, day and time.
2. Enter the code — in the payment step, enter your voucher code. The value is deducted immediately; if the voucher covers the session, you pay nothing.
3. Done — you receive the appointment confirmation by email and the voucher counts as redeemed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create an account? For online booking, yes — that way you can see your appointments, reschedule and check your remaining balance (for Flex vouchers) at any time.

What about Flex vouchers with multiple sessions? The code stays active until all sessions are used up. You can see your remaining balance in the app.
