The session

How cold it gets, what it feels like and what sets us apart

How cold does it really get?

We work with true nitrogen cold of −130 to −160 °C — considerably colder than the −80 to −90 °C of typical electric cabins. Because the cold is completely dry, it feels like −10 to −15 °C on a winter day.

What does it feel like?

Most guests find it invigorating but very manageable. You move gently and our team stays with you the whole time. Afterwards many feel awake, light and clear.

What's the difference to an electric cabin?

Electric cabins only reach about −80 to −90 °C with a weaker cold stimulus. Our Cryoniq nitrogen chamber holds a consistent −130 to −160 °C throughout the cabin — in an open system with your head free: drier, more comfortable and more intense. No face mask, no claustrophobia.

What equipment do you use?

A Cryoniq cryochamber (nitrogen), CE-certified under the Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEC) and TÜV-tested.

How often should I come?

A single session already feels good. For recovery, skin or wellbeing goals, a regular rhythm — often two to three times per week over several weeks — brings the clearest results.
