With HEALFORM v2 we've brought every step of your cold routine into one connected experience — from booking to receipt. At the center are the new myHEALFORM app and myHEALFORM in the browser: appointments, credit and receipts in one place, on any device.

The myHEALFORM app

Your cold ritual in your pocket — for iPhone and on the web. In the app you can:

• Book, reschedule and cancel appointments in Kassel or Baunatal.
• Keep an eye on your credit and your HEALFORM Flex cards.
• Track milestones and past sessions.
• Get automatic reminders 24 hours before your appointment.

Download the app from the App Store. You only need one account — it stays seamlessly in sync between app and web.

myHEALFORM in the browser

No download needed: with the web app you book appointments, check your credit and manage your sessions right in the browser — on a laptop, tablet or at the front desk.

• Ready instantly — no installation, in any browser.
• One account for app and web — seamlessly in sync.
• A big-screen overview for bookings, credit and receipts.
• Real-time availability — in Berlin time (Europe/Berlin), at your location.

The choice is yours: app on your phone or web app on the big screen.

How do I book an appointment?

The new booking system shows available times in real time — no phone call, no waiting. Three steps to your appointment:

1. Pick a location — Kassel or Baunatal, with live availability for every day.
2. Choose a time — open slots in real time, neatly grouped by day and hour.
3. Confirm — booked instantly, reminder included. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance, no phone call needed.

HEALFORM Flex & HEALFORM+

• HEALFORM Flex — credit cards with 10, 50 or 100 sessions. Redeem the code right at booking, keep your balance in view at all times, and share it with family and friends.
• HEALFORM+ — a subscription that makes every single session cheaper and pays off from the first visit.

Both are valid at both HEALFORM cryocenters in Kassel and Baunatal.

Reminders & receipts

• Reminders. Automatic reminder 24 hours before your appointment — by email and right in the app.
• Receipts. Health-insurance invoices and records as PDFs, available any time — no paperwork.

Do I need the app?

No. You can do everything via the web app in the browser — no installation. The app additionally offers push reminders and is especially quick to reach on your phone. Both use the same account.
