Your first visit

What to bring, what to wear and how a visit works

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and light underwear. We provide the cold-protection gear: gloves, socks, slippers and a headband to protect your ears and extremities. Everything stays dry — no towel or swimwear needed.

What do I wear in the chamber?

Light underwear plus the protective gear we provide. No face mask is needed, and in our open system your head stays outside the chamber.

How long does a visit take?

The cold application itself takes around three minutes. Including changing and a short briefing, plan for about 15 minutes in total.

What happens at the first appointment?

You arrive, get changed and put on the protective gear. Our team quickly checks that everything fits, explains the breathing and stays with you for the full three minutes in the chamber. Every appointment includes a thorough consultation.

How do I get to you?

We have two locations: Kassel (Erzbergerstraße 47-51) and Baunatal (Stettiner Straße 11). Both cryocenters are easy to reach by car or train. Arrive a few minutes early so you can change without rushing.
