Booking, cancelling and the offer for your first session

How do I book an appointment?

You book conveniently online via our app or the booking page and pick a location, date and time. All times are in the practice time zone (Europe/Berlin).

What does the first session cost?

The first session is available as a special offer for €9 instead of €39 — once per guest, including a thorough initial consultation.

Until when can I cancel for free?

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. After that, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

What options are there?

Single session — flexible, no commitment.
HEALFORM+ — lowers the price of every single session.
Cards (10/50/100) — the more sessions, the lower the price per visit.
In-praxis subscription — 1× or 2× per week at a flat monthly rate; signed exclusively on site at the praxis.

Can I use both Kassel and Baunatal?

Yes. Packages and HEALFORM+ are valid at both HEALFORM cryocenters.
