How to buy a voucher

You buy a HEALFORM voucher online in a few steps in the gift shop:

1. Pick a product — First Session, single session or a Flex package.
2. Personalize — the recipient's name and a personal message if you like.
3. Pay — securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe.

Your voucher is created right after payment. You receive an order confirmation by email with all codes and links.

Delivery: instantly, scheduled or hand it over yourself

You decide how the voucher arrives:

• Instantly by email — we send the recipient the voucher with your name and message.
• On a chosen date — e.g. right on their birthday. We send it automatically on the selected day.
• Hand it over yourself — you get a share link and a print-ready PDF and present the voucher in person.

Where do I find my purchased vouchers?

With a HEALFORM account you'll find all purchased vouchers and their status under Vouchers → My vouchers in the app. There you can copy the share link, download the PDF and re-trigger delivery.

Validity

Vouchers are transferable and are bound to the recipient when first redeemed. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and in the order confirmation.
