What is the membership contract?
The membership contract ("Mitgliedschaftsvertrag") is our model for everyone who has found their cold rhythm: one or two sessions per week at a predictable monthly rate. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

Your benefits

How do I sign up?
The membership contract is signed exclusively in person at one of our Cryocenters — not online. That way we can tailor rhythm and rate to you.

- Get advice — together we find the model and term that fit you.
- Sign on site — you sign the contract directly on site; after that you book your appointments as usual.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sign the contract online? No. Membership contracts are deliberately only available in a personal conversation on site — online you'll find the single session, HEALFORM Flex and gift vouchers.
What if I can't make it one week? You reschedule individual appointments as usual up to 24 hours in advance. For longer breaks you can pause the contract for up to 3 months.
